SENCOR's PACStacks Disaster Recovery Appliance provides users with method to create another permanent copy of their radiology data in an automated, secure and verified manor.
The Disaster Recovery Appliance burns CDs, DVDs or Blu-ray discs. Once there is enough data to fill a disc, the appliance will automatically burn and label a disc. These (optionally) encrypted discs can be taken off-site.
In case of disaster, the discs can be mass-loaded back in the disc publisher robot. Data is verified to ensure your backup has not been corrupted. The appliance will automatically cycle through discs and forward all recovered data to a specified location (usually your PACS) (read more...)
